Situated on a 2.5-acre site in the modern Sundar Industrial Estate, on the scenic outskirts of Lahore, the facility was designed by an international engineering firm experienced in developing WHO cGMP-compliant manufacturing plants for leading multinational corporations around the globe.

In response, NEXT Pharmaceutical has established a cutting-edge production facility that complies with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure top-tier product quality.
Diverse Dosage Production
The facility features purpose-built, segregated areas for the production of various pharmaceutical dosage forms, including tablets, capsules and syrups. It supports a broad spectrum of fast-growing therapeutic categories such as cardiovascular, antihypertensive, antidiabetic, anti-allergy, antipyretics, analgesics and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).
Streamlined cGMP Design
NEXT’s infrastructure is strategically planned to support a streamlined, linear production flow, eliminating any backward movement and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. There are dedicated and separate paths for personnel and materials, with access tightly controlled to allow only authorized staff in production zones.
Cleanrooms & ERP Integration
Advanced modular partitioning is used in pharmaceutical production areas to maintain superior cleanroom conditions. A fully integrated resource planning system enhances operational efficiency, handling complex and large-scale processes with ease.
Advanced In-House Labs
The facility houses well-equipped in-house laboratories for chemical, instrumental, and microbiological testing. These modular labs meet Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards and feature state-of-the-art equipment, including HPLC units with UV and RI detectors. A dedicated team of scientists supports these labs, working diligently to ensure every product under the NEXT Pharmaceutical name adheres to the highest global benchmarks for quality, safety, and efficacy.
